WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
SHIPPING:
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free UPS or USPS Ground or Fedex ground shipping on orders over $500.
We also offer expedited shipping with the following:
USPS Ground
FedEx Ground
USPS Priority
FedEx Overnight
If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. Fees apply.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We do not offer international shipping.
DELIVERY:
- We only deliver to the ZIP codes immediately surrounding 40502
- There are no delivery fees
- Items may become unavailable and are subject to substitution or refund after good faith effort is placed in contacting customer.
- Delivery outside of our Service area (Downtown Lexington, KY) is subject to fees.
- Cash on Delivery is available with orders outside our eCommerce platform (meaning you can pay cash when we drop your order to your door). This option is only available when you place an order using:
Delivery times & shipping fees vary depending on your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of the day you place your order.
Delivery services can be abruptly halted due to dangerous weather.
Delivery cutoff time is 8PM weekdays, & 9PM weekends, (One hour before we close, we will not be able to take new orders)
Tips not required, but encouraged & greatly appreciated! Some of our delivery staff are on foot or bike! Thank you for your patronage, and we will make sure we are super fast on Delivery no matter what, rain or shine!
